DO NOT BUY ARTIFICIAL FLOWERS FROM THIS CHINA_BASED COMPANY!
artificial flowers were packed tightly in a plastic bag. when removed many individual flowers fell off. Trying to return them was a complete nightmare! They requested photos be sent, back and forth for weeks and weeks. Requested i return the flowers to China at my expense! When I refused they finally sent a return label. Then they refused credit my card but insisted on a store credit which i refused. Finally after weeks of back and forth they sent a label. I sent the flowers back and 2 months later they issued a credit minus $35 for shipping costs! When I contacted them again they flatly refused to credit the $35. This company is based in China - WARNING use a US based company!
