We are using the FraudLabs Pro Mini plan with our online store. Integration was straightforward. The plan includes five configurable fraud rules, which are set to either reject transactions or flag them for manual review, based on FraudLabs' perceived seriousness of the fraud risk. FraudLabs sends by default email alerts for each transaction it scans and adds a staff-only note to the corresponding order summarizing the results, but users can customize these for their specific needs. Additional fraud-screening features and AI-based Smart Detection services are available for extra monthly fees.
