If there was a minus I would give it to you. This company does not have much integrity. If you can’t trust them with small things, then don’t bother ordering anything My experience with them was terrible. My son has ordered many action figures from them worth of hundreds of dollars. My son went to order a car which was probably about 22 bucks. He really liked. Did he close cars and he clicks action figures When you got the first one, he really liked it went to order another one. I was with somebody ordered it because I pay for the things the accounts of my name. Well, we got something from them saying they receive the order. They said it was some kind of an anatomy which we did not order that we had to put together as soon as we thought we contact them in PayPal. They told us that was a mistake. They knew we ordered the car. The rest has been a roller coaster with you guys. My son contacted you over and over and over they said it was gonna be shipped out then it wasn’t. They ended up taking them off the website because he complained he got very frustrated with the service or lack of. Finally, some nice woman got on and said don’t worry your thing will be mailed out. We waited for like two months it did. Then they said we didn’t pay. I showed them proof of our purchase. I’d also told him that my son was autistic and this was so stressful for him. I should improve that we paid the $22 and I was also with him when he checked for it to be shipped. We did it over and over and over of course we picked the less cost way of shipping. Then after seven months of going back-and-forth and sending them proof that I paid for this on PayPal, they told me that my son ordered something he did not order which we resolved in the very beginning. I sent him a letter. I explained the situation how stressful this was for my son and how they should do the right thing and send him his $22 car but no they were gonna send him the thing that he did not order which we had specifically told them in that very beginning that was not what you ordered. My son took a picture of what he ordered and sent it to them. It made this very clear for the very beginning and it was the same exact price for the same car he ordered. I am going on Better Business Bureau. I have taken copies of every communication that my son had on this computer of the back-and-forth emails that we’ve had since we ordered this thing. I think your company stinks especially when you see how much I’ve spent for the action figures and collectibles my son has in his closet from your company hundreds of dollars and you I won’t make it right
