Excellent Customer Service
I had an initial faulty device but Cinch was very fast in solving the issue. Interacted with Customer agents Erik and Bee who were patient and understanding. Even was able to meet the urgency of giving me a replacement device. Thank you Cinch. Though I understand customers cannot expect too much, but Cinch proved me wrong. Planning to be a long time Cinch customer and supporter.
