if i can give 0 star trust me i would. i ordered a small package and the item was with ninja van on the 11 Oct. delivery they said will be between 8am-10pm. i waited the whole day for it and nothing. i fell asleep and received a failed delivery attempt at 10.51pm. i contacted the customer service and was informed that they will make an attempt to deliver when available. waited 1 week and on the 19 Oct contacted the customer service again to enquire and then say to wait for email when package is out. finally came after 8 days with them. the door was open but the delivery guy threw the package at my door and left. very unprofessional and unethical. poor delivery and extremely disappointed with this company. i will speak to the forwarding company to not work with this lousy company. konek punya company.
