I had an issue installing the new E-Sim (this is the third time I have used them) and the Ai helper was personable and helpful and fixed the issue very quickly giving me guidance on settings that were not working and then sending me the QR code for my installed sim so I could fix the issue. A seamless and quick update and I was roaming with it easily,
