I visited Hotel Boss together with a friend who had just arrived from the airport, and we were personally assisted by Mr. James at the front counter. I was deeply impressed by Mr. James’s exceptional professionalism. He welcomed us with a very humble and polite attitude, taking the time to explain all the necessary details thoroughly while my guest was with me. Furthermore, I requested a room on a higher floor so that my guest could enjoy Singapore's night view. Mr. James went the extra mile to accommodate this request and successfully granted us a higher floor. Both my friend and I were absolutely delighted with the experience.
