Trip.com refused to refund my AA…
Trip.com refused to refund my AA airline flight refund. The flights were delayed by over 8 hours and i missed my connections, to AA refunded my ticket in full. Trip.com has not refunded my ticket. Calling their "helpDesk" is a dead end. Never using Trip.com again. recommend that folks review the refund policy first, before using htis website.
