Airalo: an e-Sim to avoid
Airalo once worked for me in Italy, but on a recent trip to Greece the ten-day Airalo e-Sim I bought was useless. I consulted Airalo Support twice from central Athens and carefully followed their instructions, to no avail. After further unsuccessful efforts on my part and those of a techie friend to get the Airalo product to connect, I tried an e-Sim by one of Airalo's competitors, Saily. It worked well. On returning to the US I asked Airalo for a refund. The request was denied.
