I have had the most appalling and stressful experience with Airpaz, I booked tickets then prior to my trip found out a severe medical condition meant that I was unable to fly, I provided a medical certificate that was in march, they took until 21/10/26 to finally respond after many emails, instead of a refund of the $802 cost of flights they sent me a voucher for $426, after requesting cash and the correct amount they sent two rude emails saying I cant get a cash refund as it had been 180 days since I cancelled!! Which is how long they took to process it! Insane. They wont even respond to my request for the correct amount. They are the worst most unprofessional scam artists i have ever dealt with. Never ever book flights with them
