Excellent customer service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have received the replacement parts needed to repair my QIDI Box. A big thank you to the QIDI team for their responsiveness, help and professionalism! I am a huge fan of QIDI and its 3D printers. I already own several QIDI printers and may consider adding the QIDI Max4 to my collection in the future.
