This Ninja Van deserve O - NO star NO CLASS AT ALL
This Ninja Van deserve O star - NO STAR at all. My order place on 20 Oct, according to record Ninja Van collect same day at 1800hrs. Seller estimate time receive is 21-22 Oct is a local delivery. Till 24 Oct Ninja Van promised delivery "estimate Time" 10am, till after 11am still no delivery. Is medication and I ended up to hospital because no treatment for 2 days due to the sucking courier hold my medication don't know for what purpose? still did not receive despite contacting Lazada and the stupid website of Ninja VAn which is not functioning, best thing is they terminted their phone service, what a joke. I don't know why Lazada is still using this shitty courier which all online shop don't use it anymore. Lazada and Ninja Van service both sucks. on 21 Oct Lazada customer service promise to contact logistic partner = Ninja Van and update within "48hrs" after 48hrs I have to call and "update" them I still did not receive my parcel. The hostile attitude from the 2 'people' or ghost? in the Ninja Van are monster, first said they will compensate then deny even I have proof in the chat he typed. The hostile attitude no apology, daring enough to said We hold and delay your parcel, will check if can deliver tomorrow but no promise!????? we paid the delivery cost and we get this!!!!! Why is Lazada still using this piece of shit? I have no problem with Shopee after they give me many choices to collect my parcel and good follow up and updates, which I don't think Lazada and Ninja Van can make it even to 1% close. Why is this kind of courier service still in the market or society? they are making everyone life in hell. I wish and hope someone can stop this company to destroy the world. Can all the seller and online shopping company hear us? Stop providing us this kind of irresponsible, hostile and rude courier service! I rather they send my parcel via post, I order something from shopee a day after this order today 24 Oct I received my order from shopee in my post box. Life is just that simple when devilish courier service disappeared from us.
