I was unable to activate the eSIM cards without much much help. I wasted hours of my vacation in a hotel room trying to connect. Even after connecting to it, it was often unreliable. In Rome I wasn't even able to purchase a card and had to rely on strangers to help me navigate the city. I am extremely disappointed. We traveled more than one country and had issues each time.
