Changed Itinerary With No Prior Notice
0 STARTS IF POSSIBLE! I booked a flight on Airpaz and chose the bundle that includes checked bags which also aligns with what the airline is offering. In the original itinerary, everything was good. I checked on the airline's website, it was all good as well. However, the airline changed the schedule few months ago. I checked and see that the itinerary were all still good. However, today, out of nowhere they sent me an email telling me that they have removed my checked bags because "We have updated your original itinerary to match the details from the airline." Like, what utter bullshit and nonsense is this? If I bought a more expensive package, that comes with a checked bag, then it should come with a checked bag. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A ONLINE TRAVEL AGENCY.
