Bought Qidi Plus 5 with the Qidi Box, it was perfectly packaged with fast shipping (from EU warehouse). After using it for a while I heard fan noise that was not normal. Emma from customer support helped me diagnose the issue and promptly arranged shipping of a replacement part. Great 3D printer and awesome experience with customer support.
