Didn't really have a good customer service for when things went wrong. Booking process is pretty easy and quick. The price and experience selections are quite competitive to other sites and I love that we can use our Singapore airline points for these. However contacting customer service is really hard because I was stuck in a loop of bots and couldn't get out and didn't hear back as promised (24hrs response from a real human). All and all, recommended for refundable services but not others because help is not going to come even when you need it.
