Never again, Agoda. My trust in this platform is completely gone. A booking confirmation is worthless if you pay for one apartment category and receive another. When something goes wrong, Agoda hides behind chatbots instead of providing accessible customer support and taking responsibility. I was left chasing a solution to a problem created by the booking process itself. Automated replies are no substitute for actually resolving a complaint. This is unacceptable. Agoda took my payment, but failed to ensure that I received what I booked. I will never book through Agoda again.
