exceptional customer service
Every purchase is well followed up, tracked and impressed by the speed I get the goods. And the really giving a well deserved five star for their after-sales customer service, which is among the best seen, I had a few issues and it is always resolved and prompty followed up. I cannot stress further the extra praise for their staff: the grasping of the problem, understanding and analysing the situation and then finding /offering fair solution. 👍👍
