Happy i chose Bambu Lab!
I ordered the A1 and had some issues with shipping. Bambu Lab Support stepped in and quickly resolved a situation that would normally drag on to the detriment of the end user experience. But not on Bambu Lab's watch! You can clearly tell that the entire experience, from ordering to printing has been fine tuned for the average person to enjoy. Setting up my A1 and doing my first few prints went perfectly! Easy 5/5. Thanks Bambu lab (and especially their support department)
