The boots I received were the wrong size. They were absolutely no use to me because of this. Despite emailing ‘customer services’ which was incredibly difficult to find in the first place, I have had no success with my refund. My emails have bounced back, I have been offered an automatic partial refund and yet been told that if I wish to have a full refund, just let them know! Impossible! I have been trying to return the boots for over a week with no success. I will not be using this company again.
