有史以来最糟糕的服务！他们不仅会自动为您勾选复选框并设置自动付款，即使您决定不这样做，而且当帐户被黑客攻击时，他们会忽略您的电子邮件，不仅使您的帐户和所有信息对黑客可见，而且还使诈骗得以继续！多么可怜的公司啊！

Overall bad experience
Overall bad experience, couldn't verify my account because I live abroad and my ID doesn't match my phone number but this is acceptable as the platform can decide what they do. The problem is that during the verification process they have taken my data hostage ! Photo of my ID despite lack of verification couldn't be removed by 3rd party company they using despite multiple requests, and website itself holds your data for way longer then needed stating its needed in case there is dispute against me ... On top of that support was very dismissive of European regulations regarding data removal and overall unpleasant. Do not recommend Ps: since there is a reply below. Somehow despite providing all information they cannot find any data for my actual name and simply divided my email into 2 parts and claim they cannot find it. So now not only do they keep data for no reason but also cannot track it. You just proved that your support is inadequate.
