Absolutely terrible company! Horrendous communication, what ever you do do not book flights via booking.com because for any reason you need to change/cancel anything you will have to deal with these idiots. I’m still waiting for my refund - easyJet refunded gotogate 12 weeks ago, yet they are still adamant they haven’t had it!
Constant raising of prices by significant amounts - with little noticeable to show for it. And very high handed responses from customer service reps who don't give any further detail on the justification - other than it is what it is so you can just lump it. Great attitude towards subs (not). Pricing themselves out of business as there is just too much competition now for this sort of thing, with a much better customer experience.
