My order took 3 weeks and 2 tracking numbers to get my order delivered. You waited almost a week after it should've arrived before reshipping, I was told to wait another 48 hrs at least 3 different times. The customer service rep sounded like he was driving and hung up on me when I told him I was looking up my order number. You should record your customer service calls, if you did i bet the rep I dealt with would be fired. You need better customer service and a better shipping carrier.
