Products look great. Reviews are largely very good. The website did not display the conventional cart icon in the upper right in Safari on a Macbook Pro or on Firefox. They are white and in a transparent header over an image until you scroll and they are invisible. Very frustrating to get to the cart. I jumped into a chat and that wasn't much help either -- are they ever helpful... no. I'm a developer and chat-based AI support is just garbage. Ultimately I used the Chrome browser and the site functioned fine and the transaction was conventional and smooth. When the products arrive, I will comment on the quality.
