We never received our package
We never received our package, couldn't contact the company, Fed Ex wouldn't tell us tracking information, and didn't have any of our customer service requests answered. We had to file a fraud ticket with our credit card company to get a refund for the product we never received. If this company isn't a scam, I can't imagine how they manage to stay in business.
