Bad prescription and bad business practices
My prescription caused blurry vision and headaches. The exam was required for my drivers license however the DPS form DL-63 was never completed by a doctor after waiting 4 weeks. I never saw a doctor nor did a doctor appear in a teleconference video during any portion of my visit. I requested a full refund of my glasses and will report the store and doctor to the Texas Optometry Board and Texas Attorney General’s office. 1 star for the nice assistant that did all the exams.
