The customer service here was truly exceptional—professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I had a great experience. This was my second time here, and he made it even better than the first! It’s always refreshing to receive this level of genuine, attentive service. Andrew is definitely an asset to the team, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised by the courtesy, thoughtfulness and helpful nature Travis the standard optical representative was. From the moment we walked in he was professional, welcoming, helpful, engaging and genuine. We felt comfortable with his suggestions and ultimately our new specs. We all walked away very happy. Thank you standard optical. The only thing I would say was negative was how expensive it all was, otherwise it was great.

Appointments don't count

Appointments don't count. Had an appointment at 5, I wasn't helped until after 6. Overall, 3 hours and had to retake the exam twice that same day. After about a week went to pick up my glasses only to get the wrong prescription on them.

i went to check pricing on similar glasses and after buying two pairs of glasses for over seven hundred dollars I bought another pair with the same requirements for $200 dollars less and a better style (Mont Blanc). Never buy again from here ever.

Manager at Mansfield

Manager at Mansfield, Tx location spoke to me in a condescending tone when I told her I couldn’t see small print thru my progressive lens. She was trying to tell me how to look thru the glasses & I told her I’ve been wearing bifocals for years. They didn’t satisfy my questions & now I’m stuck with glasses I’m not happy with. I will never get glasses from Stanton again

Everyone there was great. They got me in early, kept me informed thru the process, and weighed out several options to get me the best price. Everyone was awesome at this location. So much better experience than what I had at the last place I tried that’s located outside a major Supercenter that we all shop at.
