I originally went to America’s Best but they didn’t have any walkins or appointments available till the following week I then called Stanton Optical and was able to be seen literally 10 minutes later the staff was friendly and very helpful I was excited to get a pair of my glasses made the same day and looking forward to getting the other pair when they’re ready I’ll be doing business with Optical from now on and have already told friends and family about my experience

Stanton Optical has a better selection (in my opinion) than any store in Sherman. Do I think they’re the cheapest “no” but like most things in life, you get what you pay for.

still waiting on the glasses to arrive, still in transit. it's going on two weeks now.this is unacceptable. will use a different company for my next prescription.

Confusion on how we would receive my son’s glasses.got a call asking if I wanted to pickup or have glasses mailed, chose pickup then called back to ask them to delivered even though that was original plan when in their office. Was told they couldn’t deliver. But then they could. Extremely confusing. And frustrating.
Was told 4-5 days. Still haven’t gotten them. And ups says they were delivered at a dock several days ago.
Also was not aware there wasn’t a doctor on site, had to go somewhere else for exam , and then back for frames, after an exam with Stanton -that didn’t go though. Glasses ended up costing much more.

My appt was at 11:45
My appt was at 11:45, they told me they were running late and would call me. 3 hours later I was called. My glasses should been ready Monday they weren’t. They told me Wednesday and I would get a call. Nothing my wife called Sat. They wouldn’t give her info it was confidential info. So I had to go in and still aren’t ready.
