Yall are amazing, the easiest it’s ever been getting glasses and a prescription, it was affordable and I got my pair same day which has never happened to me before. Cierra was very informative , helped a lot with the process and was an all around awesome person to work with.

My experience was pretty to good, I was guided through the whole process and even had explanations on things I didn't understand. I was given ample opportunity to choose and shown which frames would be best for me, however the only problem was the frame I had chosen didn't fit me. But to be fair the frames couldn't be adjusted do to the design of the frames, even though they tried there best to adjust to my size. So I was recommended a remedy instead to fix my problem.

Tony really shows that he cares very much to look after every single need of the customer. I was never left on my own, was never left to myself, he made sure to make me feel like I was the number one priority in the optical shop. There wasn’t a single thing Tony wouldn’t know about, massive knowledge. You cannot get any more attentive and helpful than Tony the man. After running into an emergency and urge to get new glasses I made sure to let Tony know he saved the day.

My daughter and I went during a weekend and it was really busy/ over booked.
There was a few rude customers who were waiting and thought it wasn't going fast enough.
From what I observed, all the employees were helpful and patient.
Even though it was really busy we didn't feel rushed. They took thier time in assisting us and explaining everything to us.

Office was very unorganized was told to just sit and wait past my scheduled appointment.
The woman running my exam was huffing and puffing every time she had to ask me a question. Just very unprofessional, the office was also dark and very empty, weird experience overall

Everybody was very nice and patient. The initial person I spoke to was informative and answered every question I had with kindness. Very efficient process, I was able to recieve my glasses the same day within an hour of obtaining my prescription.

It was a walk in because I did not have an appointment. Ms. Terese was very nice and she made me and my granddaughter felt very welcome and comfortable. She was very pleasant and she explained all to me about my granddaughter glasses. I wish I could have given her a hundred points. She’s excellent and very professional keep up the great work. Great Job!!!!!

We had an appointment at 3:30. There appeared to be a backlog, and we did not get in to see anyone until 350. By the time we saw the doctor it was 410.
Despite this, we had a very favorable experience. The young lady who took care of us was terrific, and we feel like we got a good deal for what we were paying for. My granddaughter loves her new glasses, which is the most important part of this experience.
I would highly recommend the young lady who worked with us, although I don’t recall her name. She was really terrific - very positive and professional. I would ask for her again.

From start to finish the service was amazing. We started with an eye exam and ended with picking out 2 pair of glasses and receiving them the same day. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful.

Perhaps a better selection of the less expensive frames. I realize companies need profit, but times are getting tough.

Having an eye exam now vs years ago, 2 different worlds. The eye exam you go from one exam to the next within 10 minutes or so. Then the 1s and 2s lol pick your frame and the ancillary things that can be added in all about 30 minutes. Absolutely phenomenal staff.

Service was timely. Having a virtual visit for an eye appointment was not something we were anticipating and was a little strange. As a 30+ year glasses wearer I do think some things were missed or glossed over not having an in persons physician. But service was fast, we got a pair of glasses the same day and everyone was helpful and pleasant
