We had an appointment at 3:30. There appeared to be a backlog, and we did not get in to see anyone until 350. By the time we saw the doctor it was 410. Despite this, we had a very favorable experience. The young lady who took care of us was terrific, and we feel like we got a good deal for what we were paying for. My granddaughter loves her new glasses, which is the most important part of this experience. I would highly recommend the young lady who worked with us, although I don’t recall her name. She was really terrific - very positive and professional. I would ask for her again.
