I felt safe and secure after seeking advise and help from Navy Federal staff. I was apprehensive that I had been duped but the staff checked and assured me that all was well. She even taught me how to email with an attachment and helped make my direct debit account for my HOA fee.

I paid off my truck with a cashiers check. Almost a month later I call Navy to ask have they sent my title to me yet. They told me they were in the process of putting a lien on it. I said no because I paid it off. They put in a request to stop the lien process. Long story short it will take longer than two whole month for me to receive my auto title in the mail after paying it off . Unacceptable customer service. Five phone calls and nobody in their customer service could help me. Terrible service to their customers. All their workers don’t know what they are doing.

When I first applied they said it was taking 30-45 days to close. I started this loan at the end of April and it closed on July 22. Then they overnited the checks to my creditors and I started getting collection notices the last week in July and my American Express was finally paid yesterday.
