This is our second mortgage with N.F. Overall, we received good customer service. Anytime we hit a speed bump Navy Federal makes the adjustment to get things done. We will continue to use Navy Federal. Of course, we love no P.M.I. with mortgages.

Overall it all worked out. But, from the date I signed the closing paperwork it took 14 days to get funded. Came back twice it was msiing paperwork from my wife. I believe problem was because of the 4th of July holiday and ppl taking off.
