Our loan officer was out of touch and had a terrible response time. She didn't respond unless I reported her to her boss. Then I reported her boss to corporate and had to escalate the situation just to get some service. I would have just started another HELOC but we were already well into the process. I continued giving our loan officer the benefit of the doubt but I should have went with another company. Other services with NFCU have been excellent. This particular person was sub par.

Navy FCU quickly paid the promised rewards which I appreciated. I particularly like the free Amazon Prime, I had debated for years getting Prime, but didn't think I purchased enough from Amazon to justify the expense. The initial points reward also helped making the decision to get the new card. I used the points to pay part of the statement.

I like the experience of helpful people within your customer service. I really like the benefits of my flagship card and points earned is really cool. I have no bad experience.
