I am sad I can't give less than one star. Had an AI call and push out the appointment (the day of) four times and then I got an unrelated text pushing it out a week. A week later, got a tracker telling me the tech would be there between 2:57 and 4:11pm, which is oddly specific, and that the tech had two stops on the way, one in Miami, and on in Dallas. I live in Austin. Wow. Then I got an AI call from these yahoo asking me if my name was Dorise and if I was ready for my new stove (I am male, and was waiting for an AC repair, in Texas, in 100 degree weather). I called every line ever associated with Sears. All AI and stupid AI at that. Even their Chat line is AI and only gives you four options to reply. You can't even type a new question. Just got another notice saying the appointment is now 6:08pm on a Friday. I wish I knew how to force choke someone across the country. EDIT: Their reply below is an AI number tree. LOL
