If you are in Europe: DO NOT OPEN A WEBSHOP IN WIX! Their invoice/receipt system is the worst I have ever seen. - The system accidentally gave multiple invoices the same number - you need to make sure each invoice is legally compliant by yourself - downloading multiple invoices puts them all into one PDF, which you now have to separate by hand - There's settlement report, payments, invoices, receipts that all do the same thing but none of the windows shows you all the information you need to know at a given time - Wix deducts a fee from your payments. So your invoices never matches the actual bank transaction... so far so normal - Wix also loves to bundle multiple payments into one transaction. So now good luck knowing which - Made only worse by the fact that if you click on a payment/invoice/whatever in their lists it never opens in a new tab. You click, it loads. It shows the transaction info you need. You click back, it loads the whole list again, you need to scroll down again, remember which transaction you just clicked, then scroll to the next one. Good luck to everyone chosing this absolute hell-hole of a system for their shop. I hope you like to suffer.
