Just a mess
I got a message that my oven was "arriving today". Yay! Oven didn't arrive. Attempted correspondence with the company was met with every roadblock a company puts up when they don't want to speak with their customers. Email said would get back to us in days. A week later, I got the same email. Yay? Again, no delivery on that day even though the email said "today". Delivery came next day.
