IPVanish refuses to honor their own Guarantee—Avoid if you use iOS.
IPVanish is hiding behind Apple’s payment system to avoid fulfilling their 30-day money-back guarantee. I reached out to their support after being charged for an unintended renewal. Even with Apple’s Senior Advisor advising them to provide manual authorization, IPVanish support refused to help, stating their policy is 'isolated' from Apple purchases. It’s ironic for a 'Privacy and Security' company to act so unethically regarding billing transparency. They take your money through the App Store but hide when it’s time to stand by their promise. Avoid this company if you value customer service and honest business practices. UPDATE: Their Management team contacted me, only to officially refuse a manual settlement. They hide behind Apple's payment system to avoid honoring their 30-Day Guarantee. DO NOT BUY IF YOU USE iOS. The guarantee is a complete lie.
