I originally booked my reservation for one night…
I originally booked my reservation for one night. After I booked my original reservation the parties I was traveling with thought we should stay an additional night. I called immediately to add one additional night to my original reservation. I was told my original reservation would be cancelled instead of just adding the extra night. This was done by a different rep and I feel this was done for commission. My original reservation was on the first level because we needed handicap access. When we got to the property we were not on the first level but on the 2nd floor. Luckily the handicapped individual was not able to be on the trip but the 2nd floor access made it difficult for the 76 and 75 year olds to navigate. I am very upset because I was told the reservation would be the same and only the extra night would be added. You all failed! On the plus side the property is very nice and my 9 year old nephew had a great time. You need to deal with the sales people and I would like a response to my comments. I will in the future book the property again because as I said the property is very nice.
