Collection services is just appalling
Collection services is just appalling, after 6 telephone calls to customers service and two promised of collection waited in all morning to call back and be notified collection not to 17.00 -18.00. Yesterday I was told I would receive notification of collection nothing forthcoming and customer service to advise me they are not responsible for collection but it’s your product and I am the customer ?? Absolutely shocking
