I went online to purchase a bottle of cologne that I can’t find anywhere. The website shows the actual bottle and all that I was searching for. The bottle was identical to what I wanted. Aqua do gio has discontinued the bottle I have, so when I found it through this company, I was excited. Paid more than I have ever, but I was getting what I like. Took over two weeks to get the order, which is crazy. Once received, I opened the box to find the bottle they sent wasn’t what I ordered. Contacted the customer service. They asked for the order number and pictures to verify was what I received wasn’t what I ordered. Sent them the online picture and picture of what I have received. They emailed me back just to say I received what I ordered and tough luck. It’s clear that the online picture and the picture of what I ordered wasn’t the same. Don’t purchased from them. You won’t get what you ordered and it will take longer than most companies to receive.
