EcoFlow stream ultra x + price match guarantee
I bought a EcoFlow stream ultra x about 2 weeks ago . It was delivered within a week and I have to say its functionality is spot on . Switching between charging and supplying power according to demand during the day and at night it has almost zero my electric bill . A few days after I bought it , the price dropped by £100 . Then a few days later after that the price dropped again by a further £50 . I contacted EcoFlow customer services regarding the 30 day price match guarantee and the price I had paid and the difference . Eco flow honoured what they state and after I provided proof of purchase and proof of the new price - both easy since I bought directly from the website , Eco flow agreed with my claim and this morning £150 difference landed back in my bank account .
