SCAM
As mentioned in other reviews, which means something, the hidden auto renewal is just appalling. Would expect more from them. Had paid for a month and on the ios app it said the subscription ENDS at the end of the month. This morning got changed for renewal which is a joke! I never agreed to this payment nor was it mentioned anywhere on the app. ONLY when i got on the website i found out it had that option AUTO selected. This is how scams work. Customer service is telling me it doesn't qualify for refund.. HOW can you just take the money and say you can't refund it?? ID #21493869
