They have canceled my order 3 times
You have canceled my order 3 times! Using the same card and shipping address as my original purchase. I was trying to buy the same set but 20inch chain and 8 inch bracelet. My original order was 150 something 48 hours later it it was 288. During this time I was speaking with CS and explained that I’m purchasing comparing size and returning one of the sets. They could not honor my original price even though in a round about way I was doing a complex return. So I order the new set with expedited shipping and the advertised discount code wouldn’t work. I pay full price and then orders cancel. I really was hoping to get it for an event. Then I ordered again CS backed the discount code. Thinking my order was good I see the bundle is 100 dollars cheaper online again about 1 hour after my order. That order cancelled. Now there is no way I’ll have when needed. Ordered again at full price and guess what that order gets canceled. I have now ordered this bundle 4times. Mind you the refund from ordering hasn’t hit my account yet because that takes days I guess so I’m just dumping money here. Let’s see if this final order sticks at full price.
