Our boxed wheelchair was picked up at our home and delivered to our cruise ship right on schedule. We walked into our stateroom and the box was waiting for us! We re-boxed it at the end of the cruise and it was picked up after we disembarked. It arrived home within four days. Great service! Worth the cost.
