Not Trust Worthy
This business appears to be a few people and an AI bot that fields calls. All they appear to do is arrange a FedEx pickup and slap a massive overhead fee for making the arrangement on your behalf. If you’re in Europe, good luck getting any customer service. And definitely don’t just leave your bags and hope the courier they arranged picks them up. My wife and I waited in our hotel lobby during the pick-up window and several hours after - no show. Not a trust worthy service. We then received some automated emails telling us the location of FedEx drop-offs in Dallas, USA… we were travelling from Western Europe… Again, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
