Once warranty service is required…
Once warranty service is required things go sideways. First, I was transferred to 3 different people for a total of 1 hour of hold time. Second the first Agent said I was illegible for a replacement as the item that needed repair was not made any longer. Third, the final person I spoke with said it was not under warranty and a $95 fee for a service visit was required, and they would likely not be able to repair the failed part. There warranty states there is no time limit on the warranty, and they will repair or replace the part that has failed. When you purchase a whole house of blinds, you expect there end of the contract to be upheld. I highly suggest you avoid this supplier as there are plenty of others who follow through with what they advertise.
