I was singing their praises, BUT the price increases are unreasonable.
I was singing their praises to anyone who asked when i started with them 4 years ago and had a good few years accepting the price increases. But, now since they are forcing so many updates, im experiancing problem after problem. On top of this most of the original features that was included have been changed to paid extras, so expect to see huge prices increases year after year even if you dont change your usage, I'm already paying more than double and they've just said that if i want to keep things as they were i'll have to increase to paying nearly 4 times my original rate, as a small business. I reached out for help and their customer assistant originally said that seemed like an unfair situation and normally they should make an exception, but it was forwarded to a team who are cold and say pay up, no exceptions, no help, no advice. Dont get stuck with this scam company.. Imagine your spotify went from 15€ up 60€ in only 4 years, this is what wix will do to you..
