3 Weeks to Not Even Have a Working Washer, Lots of Employee Mistakes
I haven't had a washer in over three weeks. I had a guy come out the first week, he looked at it for 10 minutes and said it was the belt. Ordered it, a week later came and put it in. 20 minutes after he was running it, and left, it was literally smoking. Can't call or talk to anyone because of the AI person, which I want to clarify is an absolutely AWFUL system that needs removed and needs real people. So then, the next week had a guy come back in and said it was the pump. Ordered the pump, asked me when I wanted it to be installed. So, I gave him a day I didn't have to work. 5 minutes after he left, I get a text for the WRONG date. Like how does that even happen? So, flash forward to now, I have to work, so I put in the comments like don't come till this time or asking the AI to change the time to later, or the day I was supposed to, and told there is nothing available. Absolutely ridiculous, do not recommend for the NE Ohio Area. Not worth your time. Not to mention 300$ in labor fees for it to not be fixed!!
