Update (June 16, 2026): HRK Game continues to stall and refuse a refund, trying to make the customer do their job. They demanded proof from Nintendo, which I actually provided.I contacted Nintendo Official Live Support TWICE. The second agent explicitly confirmed in writing that the eShop code was already redeemed BEFORE my date of purchase. I provided HRK with unedited screenshots of this official confirmation, meaning it is 100% legally proven that they sold me a pre-activated, defective key.Despite this bulletproof evidence and multiple deadlines, HRK just sends automated copy-paste excuses. I have officially withdrawn from the contract and initiated a chargeback dispute through my bank (C24) to get my money back.This store has zero respect for consumer laws. Avoid them at all costs!
