Good luck if you have a lost return with a prepaid return label! Customer service is absolutely useless. I’ve been on the chat service for hours and they don’t understand that the parcels been lost by the courier and won’t do anything to help! I’ve asked to speak to managerial staff to no avail despite proving evidence to lack of tracking. They just regurgitate tracking numbers to you and will only help if it arrived at their warehouse. First time this has happened, I will never shop with MP again. AVOID.
